II. Commercial and Public Building Projects:
Project Manger - Design and supervision of schools constructing, academic buildings, health centers, hospitals, commercial and other buildings. With all electromechanical systems including sanitary, mechanical utilities and HVAC systems, substation and power distribution systems, power and low voltage net works according to international codes, motor control system, PLC based control, and fire alarm. These projects donated or supervised by the World Bank, USAID, Spanish Cooperative, Emirate Red Crescent, Kuwait government, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Palestinian Economic Counsel for Development and Reconstruction (PECDAR) and other international and local institutions. Below is a list of selected projects that conducted under Royal Infrastructure Unit which covered the infrastructure works; including management the water supplies, waste water, solid waste and environmental dangers the water piping system, swimming pools, water network, storm water, sewage works. Later on, Royal develop the researches division which concern feasibility studies and analytical researches
In addition to the supervision of the electromechanical works of the projects, which included power and telephone network, house connection to public manholes, pumping station to pump sewage water from lower areas to upper ones, pumps with their fittings, valves, check valves, strainers, manholes, and a storm water network.
